Experience the Appalachian mountains the way the earliest settlers did -- on horseback. Guide Brett Holloway leads you along scenic mountain trails through old-growth forests, across babbling streams, and past breathtaking valley overlooks. All experience levels welcome. Brett carefully matches each rider with a suitable horse and provides thorough instruction before hitting the trail. The pace is relaxed and enjoyable, with plenty of stops for photos and wildlife viewing. All riding equipment including helmets provided. Riders must be at least 8 years old and under 250 lbs.
